Tanner & Nathan — CLOSED!
From Rowlett to North Dallas — they found the one!
After selling their home in Waterview, it was time for Tanner and Nathan to tackle the other half of the journey: finding their next home.
And when Tanner says it was a journey, he is NOT exaggerating.
We toured a LOT of houses. We went under contract more than once. Inspections uncovered things we weren’t willing to accept, so we walked away and kept looking. And yes… there was one memorable day when we toured 18 HOMES. IN. ONE. DAY.
But we weren’t looking for a house. We were looking for the RIGHT house.
And we found it in North Dallas.
Tanner said something in his review that means so much to me:
“We always felt like she was putting us first and never once made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much.”
That’s exactly the way it should be. If an inspection tells us a house isn’t the right one, we move on. If you want to see “just one more,” we see one more. And apparently if you want to see 18 in a day… we see 18.
There were moments when all of us wondered how long this search might take. As Tanner perfectly put it, in the words of Megan Moroney, it was starting to feel like “six months later.”
But we got there.
Tanner & Nathan, thank you for trusting me through every showing, every curveball, every inspection, every weekend and every “just one more.” I’m so happy we held out until we found a home that was truly right for you.
Congratulations on your new home in North Dallas! You two earned this one.
