Critters, crawlers, and surprise tenants — we see it all.
From midnight paw parties (raccoons in Indiana and Missouri — one acted like Santa going down the chimney but looked more like a ninja on Ring camera) to termites and pests deep in the heart of Texas, we’ve been busy tracking down uninvited squatters.
Our favorite part? Sealing entry points. That’s the real secret to keeping critters out for good.
And oh, how could we forget the honey bee hive relocation? Un-bee-lievably rewarding. 🐝 Sticky situation, but a sweet ending.
Big thanks to our trusted partners who help keep our clients’ investment properties critter-free. You know who you are — we’d tag you, but you’re probably out wrangling another raccoon right now.

Tree Removal Done Right! 🌳✅
We removed a large declining pin oak that was battling two fungi and multiple galls—and losing. The tree had city violations, the occupant wasn’t happy, and it had to go. So, we sent it to the big mulch pile in the sky
We were stumped why the client didn’t want the stump ground up, but hey, their call! 🤷‍♂️

We just wrapped up two basement plumbing jobs that involved breaking through concrete to replace some ancient sanitary pipes. Pretty sure those pipes were around when bell-bottoms were still cool.🕺💥
 But don’t worry – everything’s now flowing better than your favorite playlist. 🎶💧

Back at some commercial work. Fixed a power flush toilet in bad axe and did some down spout extension’s in Fraser. We prefer to move the water away from foundation before digging

1. Changing Room Wallpaper Rework: We reworked and sealed some wallpaper in a retail store’s changing room and installed a new sheet to freshen up the space. 🛍️🎨
2. Water Diverter Installation: At a commercial location with an active roof leak, we installed a water diverter to protect the building from further water damage. 💧🔧
3. Garage Door Maintenance: Performed light maintenance on the garage doors at an oil change shop, ensuring they’re functioning smoothly and safely. 🚗🔧

When a client’s main water supply line in the basement sprung a leak, we sprang into action. City tagged the property with a 20 day water disconnect notice and having worked with one of Ohio’s leading water/sewer/drainage contractors previously, it was an easy call and hassle-free replacement. No trenches, just efficient pocket boring/spot excavation. From connecting the new water supply line at the curb to the meter inside to obtaining permits, we moved swiftly to get the job done. Plus, our clients enjoy a 5-year warranty for peace of mind. Work order complete, water restored.
