Things have been really busy the last few weeks so I'm playing catch up with a quick update!

Congrats to a good friend of mine's family for an offer accepted and closing on their new house with a big garage and 2 acres in Flint! We tried really hard to squeeze it into 2023 but no better way to start out the new year than closing on your new house and getting keys on the first business day of 2024! Thank you Mike Grimaldi for crushing it on the home loan! 🤓

Also, Congrats to new friends on their purchase of their first home! We were connected through a referral from a friend on Dec. 26 and had a buyer's consultation on Dec. 28th (a key piece to a smooth home buying process). By January 3rd we were under contract on the house that they just knew was the one and keys in hand by Jan. 12th....17 days from contact to keys with a home loan is definitely a new record for me 😅 The whole process could not have gone smoother. Thank you Dan Klinck and Rocket Mortgage for knocking it out of the park with processing the loan so fast. Thank you Done Right Inspections for being available on short notice and providing a very thorough home inspection. And thank you Diana Van der Vossen for a great job representing your sellers!

Yall this is wild! Thankful to have found Best Life and Co when I started my real estate journey. Not only did they coach me to an $8,000,000 sales volume year in year one, but to be able to maintain that same $8,000,000 sales volume in year two when the market as a whole was down about 20% AND to have the opportunity to be gifted a generous amount of profit share for just “doing what we are already doing”.
