I thought Bloomfield was glamorous. HA! 😂

Yes, you can actually find great deals here. But fair warning: a lot of that value comes with mid-century or dated housing stock, and your weekends will belong to tile samples, contractor calls, and drywall dust.

I know I’ve been quiet on social media lately. Between moving, downsizing, renovating, working a part-time job, and getting back into real estate, something had to give, and it was posting. 🙋🏾‍♀️

Well, I’m back and ready to serve clients, and I’m bringing everything I just learned to every transaction:

From offer to closing, this transaction had it all - scheduling showings and the initial home inspection around tenants with demanding work and caregiving responsibilities, coordinating follow-up HVAC, electrical, and plumbing inspections during their move-out, managing a split closing across two title companies, coordinating with home/car insurance and home warranty representatives, navigating extensive lending underwriting with multiple rounds of document submittals, securing the correct HOA/Condo Certification for lender review, multiple closing date extensions to allow for lender processing, maintaining constant and transparent communication with the Seller’s Agent throughout, and preparing for an HOA Post-Closing Compliance Requirement. But we got it done! 🙌

As both the Buyer AND the Buyer’s Agent on this one, I also stepped into the role of Transaction Coordinator for the first time — managing every moving part from contract to close and pushing this transaction across the finish line. This experience reinforced something I truly believe: having a knowledgeable Realtor® with solid Transaction Coordination and Brokerage support in your corner makes all the difference.
