I too, get stumped on certain decor choices or cleanliness from time to time… 😂 Let’s focus on the bigger picture here guys!
During the time you’ll be starting to look through listings and when we’re out on showings, keep this list in mind👇🏼
1. Location and neighborhood: How accessible is this to work, schools, grocery stores and/or gas stations?
2. Budget and costs of improvements: Does the house need updating to fit your needs? If so, what are general projects and rough costs and do we have the savings for them?
3. Non-negotiable items: Make this realistic, but also stay firm on it! (i.e. having an extra room for office space, basement, or a master bathroom)
4. Condition of mechanics: Take note of the condition these are in- if they are older and you are still interested in the house, budget for replacement costs.
