Nothing like a Halloween in Almont 🍎 🍂 🎃 👻 🍁
In the mid to late 90s, this was basically Halloweentown, USA to me and my little brother. We used to CRUSH this subdivision on Halloween night. 🍬 🍭 🍫🍩
Now I get to do it all again with my crew. Can’t beat it! Happy Halloween from Spider Ghost(s), Aunt May, Tiny Spidey, and Doc Ock! 🧡🖤🧡🖤

Guess what? We bought this! Our first short term rental property! We just spent the last week here updating it and putting our touches throughout to make it our own!
I can’t wait to share the story of how we found this gem and WHY we decided to get into the Air B&B game, but for now…here are some pics from our week on Turtle Bay Terrace in Bradenton, FL! ☀️

Today’s the day, Dass…you’re 3!
It’s days like today that help me pause and try to burn in all the core memories of you at this age that make me smile when I think of you….
Like how your bare feet slap so loud when you walk on the hardwood floors…it sounds like an emperor penguin is rummaging through our house. 🐧
Or how you’ve never used an inside voice…ever. 😂
You’ve been acting “3” for months now…
Watching you grow and step into the role of Big Sister this past year has been so damn special.
You can diffuse a sibling meltdown so swiftly, your mom and I can only stand there and applaud. You make us laugh daily with your latest word invention and NO ONE rocks a pair of shades like you girl! 😎
You’re also the kindest and most generous person I know - you never hesitate to share and when you receive a gift, you immediately search for a gift to give back 🫠.
If something goes wrong, you’re the first to say “it’s ok” and then offer a solution.
Lastly, you can spot a Tim Hortons from a mile away - “Timbiiiiits!!!” 🍩👀 .

April was…busy 👀
The month started with a family trip to Florida and ended with a personal record for volume! Congrats to all of my buyers and first time investors for making moves in this competitive market - and congrats to all of my sellers for capitalizing on it. 🙃
