Summers are hot and thunderstorms are unpredictable. If you are going out of town,

PREP YOUR HOME
- Deep clean and disinfect before leaving.
- Replace or wash your AC filter to prevent mold circulation.
- Set thermostats to around 77-80°F. Briefly cool to 72F in mornings, then 78°F rest of day. This will avoid mold
- Use dehumidifiers set around 58% humidity
- Open closet and cabinet doors for airflow.

- Do not turn off AC. Do not turn off water. Do not turn off gas.

HOA is issuing lot of parking violations to residents. You have been good and I am not notified of any such violation.

I just wanted to remind that guests or contractors visiting must park in guest parking lots only. Parking on the sidewalk or even the street at anytime even for short duration causes inconvenience to other residents and their complaints will result in fines. Further, every home has driveway and garage parking spots for residents. Residents cannot own or exceed more cars than their allowed parking spots.

Please consider this as a gentle reminder to the parking policy.
