A year ago, I had no idea what “capping” meant… unless it was something the kids I coached were saying 😂

Fast forward to today—capped again.

That means from now until my anniversary date, Real Broker LLC won’t take another dime of my commissions. Not a bad feeling. Great, in fact!

Grateful doesn’t really cover it. The support from my Vermont Real crew, the collaboration, the resources—it’s all played a huge role in helping me build momentum and keep it going.
