Stop by Dunkin' in Mamaroneck, NY (427 E Boston Post Road) on Saturday, September 26th between 12:00-1:00pm to honor Welles Crowther's legacy of kindness, courage and service. All patrons will receive a free red bandana donut. 🍩❤️

Welles Crowther, known as "the man in the red bandana," was a 24-year-old equities trader at Sandler O'Neill who died in the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center's South Tower.

He worked on the 104th floor but, after the tower was hit, made his way down and repeatedly climbed back up through smoke-filled stairwells to guide survivors to safety, carrying some on his back. He wore a red bandana over his face to filter smoke , a habit from childhood, when his father gave him one.

Here is a look at where median sale prices stand across Rye, NY and our local Sound Shore communities through the end of August.

While prices and sales activity vary by school district, one thing remains consistent: our market continues to be shaped by limited inventory and strong buyer demand. As we move into the fall market and see new listings begin to come on, I will be watching closely to see how the numbers shift.
