Honored to represent both buyer and seller on this Lot Line Adjustment in the City of Sacramento. Both homeowners own abutting properties, where one owner (blue) had little use of a chunk of their extended land (red). Selling made sense and we guided them away from a more expensive and extensive lot split.Β  Executing instead an official process with the city where the owners will be adjusting their property boundaries in order to formally sell the land. The process requires patience and we plan to see it through smoothly.
