I enjoy reading articles like this, so just thought I'd share. It is essentially a long version of the infographic I posted yesterday and includes some tidbits about the rental market as well.

California's Housing Market Forecast November's stats show sales actually increased, and demand is pushing into the condo market. In the central valley, it takes only 9 days to sell a home. Active home listings plummeted in November setting up perhaps more price pressure in December or post-Omicron....
