LATE POST - It started off like this. My sister’s previous client called to purchase another home 🏡. I was workingin his loan. In the interim if dealing with him, he wanted to know if I could help his son and her girlfriend get a loan and find a home. Me: Absolutely.

They wanted a place wit 2+ acres, so off to the central vally we go.

This is the youngest couple I’ve worked with. They’re 19 and 21. They started the process off as boyfriend and girlfriend, went on vacation, and came back as fiancée. We closed on July 25th.

It was a pleasure working with them on the loan and the real estate side.
