One of the things I love most about 85745 is the amazing local businesses that have become part of our community's story.
Have you been to New Asia? 🍜🥢 This neighborhood favorite has been serving delicious Chinese food for an incredible 37 years, and for the last 14 years, it's been owned by the always-smiling Mrs. Ling. ❤️
The food is always fresh, the portions are generous, and their lunch and dinner specials are hard to beat for both quality and price. It's easy to see why so many families keep coming back year after year.

⏳ Homes are averaging about 56-61 days on the market
💰 Median listing price is around $450,000
📉 Median sold price is around $345,000-$360,000, which is lower than last year, giving buyers more negotiating power.
