T.A.R.'s delegation to the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings spent Thursday in NAR Board Meetings, ensuring that our members have a voice in decisions made by the National Association of REALTORS®. These meetings help shape the future course of the association, determining organizational priorities, how member resources are allocated, and more. Our affiliates have done their part, REALTORS®, it's time to step up!

On July 9th, REALTORS® are invited to bring two or more backpacks to 'Supplies for Success' to help meet our goal of contributing 500 backpacks filled with school supplies to local students. Network with your colleagues, visit affiliate tables to collect stamps, and win some great prizes.

National Association of REALTORS® Legislative Meetings Wednesday recap:

T.A.R. leaders spent the day at the Capitol meeting with our legislative delegation in Washington, D.C.. Our members met with the office of Congressman Juan Ciscomani, Congresswoman Adelita Grijalva, and Senators Mark Kelly and Ruben Gallego to have discussions around the issues impacting our communities including homeownership, creating more housing opportunities, protecting private property rights, and small businesses.

We are proud to be the voice for real estate and to use that voice to speak up for our members and our neighbors!

We spent our Tuesday at the National Association of REALTORS® Legislative Meetings networking and collaborating with our friends at the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® (and nerding out about their sweet office coffee setup) during their Showcase of Unique Ideas and Innovative Concepts, along with about 120 colleagues from across the nation. When we learn from each other, we become better advocates for our industry and can better serve our members!

Discover your leadership style, develop new skills, and learn from industry and community leaders through this five-session program.
