Last week, T.A.R. members met with Representative Adelita S. Grijalva to advocate for key federal housing priorities, including increasing the capital gains tax exemption through the More Homes on the Market Act, extending the National Flood Insurance Program, and fully funding critical HUD programs. Members also thanked the Congresswoman for supporting the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act. REALTOR® advocacy delivers results for housing, property owners, and Southern Arizona!
