Thinking about buying your first home? 🏡👀 Before you start saving every cute house you see, here are 3 things I wish more first-time buyers knew:

1️⃣ Know your number.
Getting pre-approved is great, but knowing what you’re actually comfortable spending is even better.

2️⃣ Budget for more than just your down payment.
Closing costs, inspections, moving expenses… and yes, you’ll probably want to buy a few things for the new place too 😂

3️⃣ You don’t have to know everything.
Seriously. Ask the questions, even the ones you think are “silly.” Buying your first home is a big deal, and you deserve to feel confident through the process. 🤍

A little life update 🤍

The past month has been a busy one in the best ways. 🥹

🏡 I SOLD MY FIRST HOME! Officially one of the biggest milestones in my real estate journey so far, and I’m so grateful to my clients for trusting me with such an important chapter of their lives.

💍 I also had the absolute honor of being bhoujee for one of my best friends as she started her own new chapter. 🥹✨

❤️ In between work, wedding celebrations, recovering from a cold, and making time for family, I’ve definitely been reminded that life doesn’t always slow down just because we’re busy.

So yes… I’ve been a little quiet on here, but behind the scenes there has been A LOT happening.

Feeling grateful for all of it and excited for what’s next. 🏡✨
