The highs and lows of Real Estate are real!

Yesterday morning I was really feeling the low, knowing there’s a possibility my clients offer wouldn’t get chosen out of a total of 3 offers made the night before. I ate dinner as I rushed to make this offer. The next morning I kept pacing back and forth in my head. His wife really loved the home and they are so sure this is the one. If I had to tell them it didn’t work, I would share the sadness with them. I worked with the buyers to put our absolute best into this offer and sent a quick prayer up.

Then the highs came in when their offer was accepted and my client said “no way”. The rest of the day I remained in that cheerful disposition. It’s all worth it in the end when I get to hand my first time home buyers their keys and say congratulations, you did it 🎉☺️
