When I hear “no,” my brain immediately translates it to: challenge accepted. My buyer wanted to use his earned VA benefits. Listing agent said, “No VA or FHA lending allowed.” My team and I said, “Hold our coffee.” A little digging, a lot of expertise… and guess what?
VA lending was absolutely allowed.
This is why experience matters. Dedicated. Driven. Client-focused.

But instead, he gave me a hug and said, “Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter.” Then he asked me to help them sell and buy when they downsize in two years.
