Two happy families.
A day I'll never forget. ❤️
Today my sellers handed over the keys to a home they've loved for years as they begin a new chapter in Texas. At the same time, my buyers got the keys to the place they'll now call home here in Missouri.
Being trusted by both sides of a transaction is something I never take for granted. Seeing the excitement, hugs, and smiles at the closing table is exactly why I love what I do.

There are moments in this job that remind me exactly why I love being a REALTOR®. Today was one of those moments.
Watching the Rubio family walk into their very first home and seeing the excitement on their faces is something I'll never forget. Those smiles made every showing, every phone call, and every step of the process worth it.

I've been working with these buyers for over a year, and Friday we just couldn't find the right fit. Later that evening, I sent them a few more homes I thought they might like.
We met again this weekend, and the very first house we walked into was it.
