🎓 Exciting news in Princess Anne, another successful project with University of Maryland Eastern Shore!

The interior renovations at Annes Way Apartments are officially complete, and we’re excited to share the finished spaces!

We’re proud to expand our partnership with UMES to provide housing for more students. These updated apartments will give students a comfortable place to live close to campus while continuing their education.

High-speed internet from Simple Fiber is also provided, giving students the reliable connection they need for classes, assignments, studying, and staying connected.

What a transformation at 100 N Camden Ave, Unit A, in Fruitland, Maryland!

We’re excited to welcome MDfit, a new personal training and fitness studio owned and operated by Fruitland local Meriah Davis. This before-and-after showcases the impressive work between ownership and the tenant to prepare the space so quickly.
