🚚 Food Truck Tuesdays at Durrington Ridge! 🍴

One of our favorite community traditions continues with another great lineup of local food trucks this month!

Join us on the first and last Tuesday of every month from 5 PM – 8 PM in front of the clubhouse for great food, great neighbors, and a great evening right here at home.

No cooking, no dishes—just delicious local favorites brought directly to Durrington Ridge.

Thank you to all of our amazing residents who joined us for our Wine Down Wednesday: Earth Day Edition! 🌎🍷

Residents enjoyed 7 different wine tastings paired with delicious charcuterie pinwheels and sweets while getting creative painting terracotta pots and choosing their own succulent to take home! 🌿🎨

We loved seeing everyone relax, connect, laugh, and celebrate our community together. Thank you for making events like these so special! 💚

Maintenance Appreciation Week at Durrington Ridge ended the best way possible — with an appreciation BBQ celebrating the team that keeps our community running every single day. 🔧🔥

This week we made sure our maintenance team felt the appreciation they deserve, and today’s big winner was someone who just couldn’t stay away from Durrington Ridge. After leaving for about a week, he came back home to the Durrington family as our Make Ready Tech — and took home the big prize today! 👏

But honestly, Durrington Ridge is the real winner for having such an incredible maintenance team.

Thank you April, Jorge, Norman, and Erica for all the hard work, dedication, and heart you put into this community every day. You help make Durrington Ridge an amazing place to live. 🧡

The holidays are officially a wrap at Durrington Ridge 🎁✨

This season, we loved bringing our community together with a festive gift-wrapping station, and seeing our residents enjoy every moment made it even more special. From twinkling lights and garland to poinsettias and our stunning 12-foot tree, the lobby truly came to life and reflected the joy of the season.
