2๏ธโฃ Bring in a pro cleaner + photographer.
Your photos and videos are your first showing. Just look at that new listing the clean lines + cozy details are already getting buyer buzz.
3๏ธโฃ Price for attention, not ego.
That doesnโt mean lowballing, it means pricing where the market is actually responding. A smart list price brings offers faster (and often higher).
4๏ธโฃ Stage for feeling, not perfection.
Buyers arenโt just buying square footage, they're buying the lifestyle. Warm lighting, a tidy porch, soft throws... it all matters.
