My Boomerang network partner and I just finished a crazy closing. The sellers wanted to close 5 business days after docs were complete (we finally talked them down to a shorter time). This was also the longest option period I’ve ever experienced going from 10 days to around 19 days (the seller was a hedge fund and they were trying to decide if they wanted to fix VA required items).

In addition, I have been following up with this client for over 4 years. Consistent follow up pays off over time.
