Hamid will be teaching commercial real estate courses through Exit Realty International Live/Interactive system nationwide starting in 2011. He is also an approved instructor by Texas Real Estate Commission. Starting in 2012, he will serve a Three-Year term on the Board Of Directors of Texas Association of Realtors. Hamid has earned numerous accolades during his tenure at Bradfield Commercial Properties, as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial, and as Vice President of Development and Real Estate Investment at T.C. Austin Properties before establishing his own firm. At H5 Commercial Realty Advisors, Hamid specializes in development and brokerage of Office and Retail projects, in addition to Sales of raw land and investment real estate. He has been involved is over 180,000 SF of Garden Office Developments including one of the largest of its kind in San
Antonio. He has developed several retail projects, one of which is the retail center on US HWY 281 N at Evans Road. Amongst some recent transactions are Spectrum Athletic Club, United SA FCU, Candlewood Suites, Kids-r-Kids Daycare center, and Jack-In-The-Box. Current REO clients include Texas Community Bank and Security Bank. To complement his commercial real estate practice, Hamid has embarked on a vertical integration of commercial lending practice by establishing Avesta Commercial Capital, LLC. Avesta was born in cooperation with a prominent commercial capital company in New York with extensive experience in over 22 different types of lending programs nationwide. Additionally, Hamid has been consulting as expert witness in commercial real estate cases on behalf of defendants in the last two years.
