Ron Sablan is the consummate escrow officer. He relocated several times because of company policies, but he has always remained true to his clients and professional ethics. Never bending on the important legal framework of the transaction, he is a perfect laison between clients and real estate agents. His smooth approach to all things complicated allows us to close effortlessly and on time. I've been in the business 45 years and I definitely know the difference between a poor and an excellent level of customer service. Ron has continually amazed me with the standards he sets for each escrow....you will not be disappointed.
