Each month, we celebrate everyone in our database with a birthday by making a donation to a charity in their honor.

This month, we are donating to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. In the wake of her loss, we wanted to honor Dolly in a way that supports one of the causes she cared so deeply about.

Since 1995, the Imagination Library has helped inspire a love of reading by sending free books to children from birth to age five. It is a beautiful part of Dolly’s legacy, and we are proud to support it this month in honor of all of our September birthdays.

July brought a noticeable shift across both San Carlos and Belmont, with homes generally taking longer to sell and buyers showing more price sensitivity.
