Catching up on some closed sales towards the end of 2025! This sale was a little more personal as I was a buyer and seller in the process. I was able to help a friend that I actually met on a notary appointment 4 years ago with their sale by actually purchasing it from them to allow them to buy a new home! I did some upgrades to the property and put it on the market. It was a fun experience and the best part was that my friendship with them grew even deeper.

When a past client calls you to sell a property for them, it means a whole lot to me! It meant the really enjoyed the process and results the first time and wanted to do it again a second time! Not the easiest transaction as it took three escrows to get it closed. Even after 3 escrows we were able to secure an OVER ASKING sale!

What an incredible experience getting to know this family over the past few years. It was sad seeing them have to move out of state but happy they got to be closer to family in time for the holidays. Foothill Ranch is one of my favorite places to sell homes. A quite close knit community below the Santa Ana Mountains.
