Elicia grew up in Northern California and moved to Southern California out of high school to attend college. She attended California State University Long Beach and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and a minor in Marketing. She and her husband Matt, a San Clemente High grad, moved their family to Orange County in 1996. Currently, she lives in San Clemente where they have lived for the past 22 years with their four children. Elicia and her husband are actively involved in their kid's schools and activities. The Hartanov Team/Family has been the lead sponsor of the football program for over a dozen. Elicia and her family fully enjoy the area in which they live and take full advantage of the many amenities living on the coast offers.
