Is your property in a trust? It probably should be. Is your elderly family member’s property in a trust? It almost definitely should be. Regardless of your marital or parental status, it’s almost guaranteed that putting your property into a trust will make life easier for your beneficiaries and avoid $$$$ in probate fees. Homes today are selling between 95-99% of list price in San Diego. This means buyers have flexibility and range, and may be able to purchase homes listed outside of their price range.
