🏠 U.S. existing home sales edged up 0.5% month-over-month to 4.13 million, marking a third straight monthly increase, according to NAR. 📈 Despite the gain, sales were 1.0% lower year-over-year, with mixed regional trends. 📊 Tight inventory continues as new listings fell and months’ supply dropped sharply, driving prices higher. 💰 The national median home price rose 1.2% year-over-year to $409,200, extending a 29-month streak of annual price growth amid ongoing supply constraints.
