Russell Christenson may live in Visalia but he works in the Bay Area during the week. Russ has been my family's plumber for years. He and his guys re-did all of the pipes in my kitchen. You should come by and look at the pipes. It's like a modern art masterpiece. Besides, I could use some conversation that doesn't revolve around diapers and poop. He had a guy send a camera down the sewer and identified several places that could have been the problem. He sent his cutter down the sewer and cut out all the roots that were likely causing the problem, put a new wax ring in for our toilet and reseated it, put a pop-up valve on our clean out to make sure that IF it gets blocked up again it won't come into the house, and gave me instructions on how to apply root killer every year to extend the life of the sewer. Russell was prompt, personable, and professional and charged a very reasonable rate. If we ever have a plumbing problem again, Russell is the first plumber I'll call." Steve D.
