In observance of Juneteenth, our office will be closed tomorrow, June 19. ❤️💛💚

Juneteenth commemorates the day freedom was finally announced to more than 250,000 enslaved Black Americans in Texas, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. This Juneteenth, let us honor the resilience, perseverance, and hope that carried generations forward, while also celebrating the progress that has been made and the communities we continue to build together. 🤝

As hard as it is to believe, move-out day will be here before we know it. Here’s your friendly reminder to start checking a few things off your list now to make your transition as smooth as possible.

Before move-out, be sure to:
🏡 Submit your forwarding address through the Resident Portal
💳 Check your account for any outstanding balances
🔑 Return all keys, fobs, parking passes, and any other access items issued to you
💸 Set up your refund account in the Resident Portal if applicable
📧 Review the move-out instructions and cleaning checklist sent to your email
📅 Planning to leave early? Let the office know in advance

In observance of Memorial Day, our office will be closing at 2 PM today and will be fully closed on Monday, May 25. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday.

Okay, but let’s hear it for the D3 floor plan tho 👀🔥

It’s officially the last floor plan still available at Vie Lofts for Fall 2026, and for good reason. You get private bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious shared layout, furnished interiors, modern finishes, and room for the whole friend group just 168 steps from Texas State.

Meanwhile… every other floor plan here is already sold out, and there are now less than 5 spots remaining in the D3. 😵‍💫
So if you’ve been waiting to secure your spot at Vie Lofts, now’s the time before the D3 joins the sold out list too. 🔑

🎓 A Grad Message From A Has-Been Unc™

This moment is yours. Earned through the stress, the late nights, the burnout, the group projects, the finals, the jobs, the memories, and every challenge it took to get here. And you should be so proud. 🥹

Graduation feels like the moment everything is supposed to make sense; but honestly, sometimes it just comes with new questions instead of answers. That part is normal too. The freedom can feel exciting, liberating, and terrifying all at once.
But don’t rush past this moment stressing about what’s next just yet. Take it in first. Celebrate the people, the memories, the growth, and the fact that you made it through over 16 years of school. 🎉

One thing life teaches pretty quickly: the path will not always look the way you imagined. And that’s okay. Some of the best opportunities, friendships, and experiences come from the unexpected turns.

Protect your peace, keep your community close, stay curious, keep building yourself, and trust that what’s meant for you will find you. 🤝
