Grabbing my morning coffee at Foreigner Cafe today, I overheard three different tables talking about housing!

It feels like everyone on the Peninsula is wondering what is actually happening in our neighborhoods right now.

I spend my days looking at the local market, and I want to share what I am seeing across San Mateo County this spring.

Right now, the median home price in our area is sitting around $1.8 million.

Homes are not staying available for long, with most finding a new family in just about 13 days.

I am also noticing a few more "For Sale" signs popping up on our streets, meaning active inventory is slowly growing as we head into the warmer months 🏡.
