Chris is a local homeowner living in the Hayward Park neighborhood of San Mateo with his wife Kelli, their two dogs Maru and Maggie, and their four kitties, George, Ellie Grace, Leonard, and Ralphie. Chris is also an active real estate investor with properties in California and Arizona. His great success is due to meeting his neighbors by going door to door, plus having an “A Team” which consists of two assistants, an award-winning stager, and trusted contractors that work with him on all his listings and renovations. Chris is actively involved in several peninsula organizations, such as the Rotary Club of San Mateo and the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce, which allow him to stay connected and current on all the issues that impact local property values. He is on the leading edge of changes and market trends because he knows that it’s not just about selling your home; it’s also just as important to sell the lifestyle. Chris has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Agents in Northern California from 2016 until today by Real Estate Executive Magazine. Chris has been a member of the Rotary Club of San Mateo since 2006 and served as their rotary president from 2017-2018. Giving back to the community is important to Chris. He does this through his annual sponsorships and volunteering for various community events (e.g., the Central Park Music Series, San Mateo on Ice, Baywood Elementary School Auction Fundraiser, Police Activities League (PAL), Little League, American Legion Riders, City Arts and the annual fall Arboretum Garden Tour at Central Park). His involvement with these organizations has helped grow his business and name recognition while doing what he loves and values most, serving his clients and his community.
