Giving back is a core part of who we are at North Coast Living. From June 29–July 29, we’re hosting our annual Summer Digital Food Drive in support of the communities we call home. To maximize our impact, North Coast will match all monetary donations, doubling every contribution made during the campaign.

Monetary donations allow local food banks to provide not only shelf-stable essentials but also fresh, nutritious items like produce, dairy, eggs, and meat. At a time of year when food bank donations are often at their lowest, these contributions help meet critical community needs.

Meet Marlon (Great Pyrenees) who isn't just a handsome face, he's a social media sensation with over 1 million likes and views on TikTok!
He's famous for his incredible ability to catch treats in mid-air and never seems to miss. But one of his most legendary moments happened when a large pie was left unattended on a table. Before anyone could react, Marlon swooped in, claimed the entire pie as his own, and enjoyed every bite!
Despite his superstar status, Marlon is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. He has a sensitive stomach, so he gets special treats, and he knows exactly how to ask for them. A few adorable cries, some puppy-dog eyes, and a little "talking," and suddenly everyone is paying attention to him.
Whether he's showing off his tricks, charming residents, or making us laugh with his antics, Marlon continues to steal hearts everywhere he goes.
We're lucky to have this four-legged celebrity as part of The Lark family.

Another successful Sell, Swap & Brunch at The Lark!
What a wonderful Saturday spent with our amazing residents. It's always inspiring to see neighbors connect, share stories, and build friendships over coffee, pastries, and great conversations.
Our community is made up of people from many different walks of life, and events like these remind us how much we can learn from and support one another. We truly believe that kind and happy people attract kind and happy people, which is why we strive to be a little kinder, more welcoming, and more positive every day. It's these connections that make The Lark such a special place to call home.
A huge thank you to North Coast for making these monthly gatherings possible. We also apologize to those who arrived later and missed out on the brunch, the first hour was packed, and the food went quickly! We promise to bring even more food next time.

Through our on-site beehive program, we’re creating habitat for pollinators, supporting biodiversity, and contributing to a healthier environment—one bee at a time. 🌼🍯

Another successful Pizza & Bingo at The Lark!
We originally ordered 30 large New York and Amici pizzas, thinking it would be enough, but within 20 minutes, almost everything was gone! With more residents continuing to join the fun, we quickly ordered another 20 large pizzas, and those disappeared just as fast.
From neighbors connecting during bingo, to a talented young resident playing the piano, kids enjoying Nintendo Switch, and everyone simply laughing and spending time together, it was truly a beautiful night of community.
In today’s uncertain world, moments like these remind us how important it is to come together, connect, and support one another. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made another Pizza & Bingo night such a success.
And yes… at The Lark, we believe our residents deserve the best.
