If you’re a residential agent pay attention. 🏢

Most of you will never break your income ceiling.

Not because you’re not talented.
Not because you’re not working hard.

Vacancy hit 4.7%, down 60 basis points year over year. Average rents crossed $2,737/unit. New construction deliveries fell 43%. Top transactions are closing between $432K and $700K per unit.

Supply is contracting. Demand is holding. Rents are climbing.
