LONG BEACH MARKET MINUTE
"Hey Long Beach! Here's your quick real estate market update.
The median home price in Long Beach is now approximately $905,000, up nearly 4% from last year, showing that our local market continues to hold strong despite higher interest rates.
Homes are taking about 45 days to sell, compared to 39 days last year, giving buyers a little more breathing room and negotiating power.
Mortgage rates have recently dropped to around 6.56%, the lowest we've seen in nearly a year, which is helping bring some buyers back into the market.
