Who would have thought. 9 years later, still here and loving what I do and the life it allows me to provide and the freedom & flexibility it gives me. Gosh I’ll never forget sitting there on a bench with my test results, Refusing to open them because I swore there was no way I passed this test. Hardly anyone passes the Real Estate Exam the first time. I studied for months, did crash courses, tutors all of the things, all hours of the night. And somehow the girl that has always been an awful test taker passed. I was shocked & relieved but so thankful I did. And that I didn’t have to take it again!

So thankful I took this leap, bet on myself and kept pushing. So grateful for every single conversation, every family I’ve been lucky enough to help & every refferal sent my way.

It means so dang much to me and I’ll never take it for granted! 🥹

Sellers Strategy Sessions!

Let’s talk about it. I know a lot of people feel anxious or stressed that their home needs to be in perfect form before having an agent over to even start the conversation of selling. Let me tell you IT DOESN’T!

On our first meeting it’s okay to have your home be just that, your home! At our •Strategy Session • we’ll go over a few things , your time lines, your goals, what’s sparking your move! We’ll touch on what really should be done before going to market for us to get your top dollar. Sometimes we’ll need to get things painted, floors done or some minor upgrades to really get your home show ready.

And honestly sometimes I’ll tell you to do nothing. It all depends on what your situation.

Your home doesn’t need to be perfect. I do not care if they’re are kids running around, animals, laundry piled up or if your kitchen or dirty. Because guess what, how we live in a home and how we sell a home are two completely different things!

So you’re starting the process of buying or selling a home. And you think you hit the jackpot, because you found an agent that is going to give you a “discount”.

THINK AGAIN.

When you hire someone who isn’t able to negotiate with you then how do you think that person is going to handle negotiations when it comes to dealing with other experienced agents?

Ask your self, is this person going to fight for me when this house is over priced?
What about when we do inspections and the repairs are extremely costly?
What happens when you need some extra help with closing cost to give yourself some breathing room after closing?

Or how about if you’re a seller…
how is this person going to represent my house, your biggest asset! How are they going to market it?
What happens when you get a lower offer?
Or a repair request or better yet, when the appraiser & bank appraises the property under what you listed it at?

What is this agent going to do to help guide you through the process, in one of the BIGGEST financial decisions of your life?

So before you make any decisions ask yourself. Is this person going to fight for my best interest!
