Chris has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals along the Emerald Coast for well over a decade. He is also the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Manager and Vice President. Chris received his Sale Associate license in 2010, and his Brokers license in 2012. He spent the previous ten years in the financial industry, focusing primarily on real estate related transactions. ris holds or has held a number of mortgage and financial advisory licenses. These licenses include; Series 7, Series 66, as well as, Life, Health, and Variable Annuity. Chris uses his financial experience to provide both buyer and seller with an all-encompassing approach to the transaction process. Chris is a graduate of John Carroll University. Chris takes full advantage of all this area has to offer – he is an avid triathlete, golfer, and all around water sports enthusiast. He, and his wife Amanda, a professional photographer, share an immense passion for this area and all it provides. Chris and Amanda have two young sons, and they feel very fortunate to be able to raise them is such a special place.
