Not only that but she walked in with instant equity!

We found a home in the assigned to the school she needed for her son! And the mello roos is DONE on her property!!!

These two are now proud homeowners of a condo in Santee!
Bessi contacted me through Facebook and after educating her on the home buying process, she was super diligent and followed my advice! Got prequalified… flew in from WA to scout some areas and fell in love with 📍Santee!
For all the negative nancies out there… it took us one or two weekends to find their 🏡! 10k under asking price! In this crazy🤪 market!

Today the black beast🖤 brought me to do the last walkthrough for my clients! 🙌

So if you see a 5 ft 1 Realtor in Big Black Bertha …. It me 😎… you should see me get in and out of this thing 🤣

I will say everyone moves out of the way so that is pretty damn cool….MOVE I got a transaction to close !
Also how expensive is ⛽️where you are?
These baby eats a LOT of fuel…. But its so useful that we are keeping her … she is too Bold and Pretty🖤

I am finishing up my 2021 crossing items of my yearly goals!

We found it!!!
The search is over and we are getting them in the home of their dreams!!! With a pool!
