Our buyer was ultimately able to close on this house despite zero help from the seller side. We helped pack the sellers up, rented a dumpster and got our buyer moved in. Our buyer is ecstatic that she did not lose her rate lock and did not have to sleep in her car since she gave notice to her landlord. I just don't understand people who simply wash their hands and walk away knowing a single mom is being royally screwed? How do they sleep at night?

The answer is…. About four. Three strong guys and myself. We represented the buyer in this transaction and I can honestly say, it was one of the worst transactions I have ever experienced. Someday soon it’ll be a Freaky Friday story highlight!

Murph 2026 went down in a completely different way this year and I loved it! All women (who are stronger than any women I know) and it was held during 10:30am endurance class so the heat was real and pretty intense.

I thought many times during the workout how much LT. Murphy sacrificed for us. It’s a tough workout but nothing compared to what Murphy and other men and women endure with some paying the ultimate price.

Freedom isn’t free. May we be forever grateful and remember what Memorial Day is about.

A girl never stops missing her mom. The bond is so strong and unexplainable.
