We haven’t been keeping up with this page much so we wanted to share a little about what we’ve been up to!

The market has picked up a little and we are SO SO grateful for the business and the referrals! It is such a privilege to serve all of these clients!

Right now we have 13 Under Contract, 2 Active Listings, 4 Listings Coming Soon, and quite a few buyers searching! For us, this is similar to our 2019 production. That is SO EXCITING for us! 🕺💃🏽🎉

We are assisting with all property types in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties! We have condos, villas & single family homes under contract, ranging from 900-3200 square ft under air.

We will be hiring for 2 full-time positions in the near future. We will be needing a “licensed showing partner” to assist us Wednesdays-Sundays and a “licensed director of operations” to assist us Mondays - Fridays 9-5. Competitive pay! Both of these positions will be hourly plus bonuses and lots of paid time off. Pay will be based on experience and performance. Must have a real estate license. We are looking for great work ethic and a desire to serve people. Also, our coworkers become family so you’ve gotta be ok with that! 😉
