🔸AGAIN, EVERY DEAL ISN’T A BREEZE! UNDER CONTRACT ON ANOTHER HOME… 💥 INSPECTION FAILED- Water intrusion… told my buyers to cancel we will find another one! Not worth the headache!!!

➡️Back story: Started looking at homes beginning of January … new builds, spec homes and resale.. my buyers even did open houses a lot of the weekends as well.. we found the house.. we couldn’t agree to terms so we loss that one.. (come to find out we could have but it was to late.. ) so we moved on.. my buyers have looked at A LOT of homes!! The location was the main thing… they needed a certain distance for their sons school… it’s in West Bradenton BUT they love the east side lol so we had to come up with common ground that made sense and checked all boxes!! POOL WAS A MUST! Ha .. After months of looking and losing one we found the house.… made an offer..inspection failed.. continued looking.. my clients went to an open house .. the agent and I know each other.. we talked, had to get best deal for Both of our clients along with other buyers interested in the property and offers! BUT we came to agreement and we made it work!!! 💥 boom we have a deal! 🔸 I Love Referral Clients!! These were referred to me by one of my friends I’ve known for 20 years (crazy to say that)! His high school friend and husband was looking for their hopefully forever FL home!! They already had friends in the area and knew they wanted something near beaches, activities, bike trails and close to everything. Their one request… I need a backyard oasis to hang my “light miller sign” 🤣 The joke we had when showing homes! They flew in on a weekend, we looked at 16-20 homes in 2 days!!
