Nell Cady is a native of South Georgia, spending her childhood playing in a pecan orchard in Coffee County. After living in North Carolina, Virginia, and Tanzania (yes, Africa!), her deep love of “home” landed her in the Savannah area in 2014. “I grew up visiting Savannah frequently. I spent many summers exploring Skidaway Island and playing in the Moon River.” Nell has been helping clients buy and sell property in the Savannah area since 2017. “What do I love about Real Estate? I never stop learning. I am a learning junkie!” Nell also loves developing relationships with all of her clients. “It’s my favorite part of the transaction. I love spending time with my families. They often become friends.” Clients continue to refer Nell well beyond the transaction because of her “patience, area knowledge, and ability to close the deal,” says Crystal, who bought a house with Nell in 2018.
