I am SO EXCITED and HONORED to have helped so many FIRST TIME BUYERS over the last couple months. 🖤💛 It makes me so happy to see so many people doing whatever it takes to be able to become homeowners! ❤️ Huge congratulations to these two and their family on the purchase of their new home! 🏡

When I say "Some things are meant to be" or "Everything happens for a reason", this is a perfect example of that! They fell in love with this home when we initially toured it. We placed an offer of where we needed to be, but knew the house was worth more, and weren't able to reach an agreement. We moved on and found another house we liked and went Under Contract, but it fell apart because of an unfortunate surprise the seller found out about. A week or two later, this seller reached back out on their own and made us an offer we couldn't refuse! MEANT TO BE! Congratulations to you again, and can't wait to see you turn this house into a home!

Not only are we getting a great deal, but I love this house for him! 💛🖤 Just look at the size of that corner lot!
