I want you guys to know that I'm here to help in anyway I can! My seller has already moved out of state, so I carved out some time to be able to meet with the carpet cleaners and make sure the results are what we expect. I will be swinging by tomorrow too, to make sure everything is dry and we don't have that wet dog smell.

Now I can't make it to every project, and some repairs are out of my scope of knowledge, but you better believe I'm going to double check and give my opinion 🤔 😄
