YOU'RE READING THAT CORRECTLY! 👀 We were able to negotiate $12,700 off and are receiving $9,000 towards our Closing Costs! 😍 Oh, and the Solar Panels are being paid off by Seller and will come with the house! 🤝 I'm beyond excited for my FIRST TIME BUYER! Not only are we getting a great deal, but I love this house for him! 💛🖤 Just look at the size of that corner lot! DOUBLE HEADER SATURDAY! What an awesome day yesterday for two of my clients getting UNDER CONTRACT with their new homes! 💛🖤 Another first-time buyer couple learned how frustrating and exciting buying a home can be! We missed out on one home we put an offer in due to seller having issues arise and could no longer sell to us 😢 and that same day, the first home we put an offer in on came back to us and OFFERED US A DEAL we couldn't pass up on! 😍 They learned first-hand the emotional roller coaster ride of Real Estate!

My second clients got put into a multiple offer 😲 situation on an incredible home on Savannahs south side in one of my favorite neighborhoods, Windsor Forest. They trusted me and my market analysis to still go in with a lower-than-asking price that I felt was the homes true value. We placed an Escalation Clause that allowed us to go a little higher and beat out the competition, but not over pay. 🥷 We won more than we expected with still getting $7,000 towards our Closing Costs! 👍💪

What a special weekend for my FIRST TIME BUYERS! 🖤💛 Can you believe it, AN ACRE OF LAND, fenced in back yard, large parking pad in front and a huge deck overlooking that backyard, all right here in Savannah/Garden City!

Wanna talk about falling in love with the right house! I had to force them to go look at at least one more house before placing an offer. They were hesitant when I told them what I wanted to offer because they wanted the house so bad! GUESS WHAT!? $10,000 off and $6,500 toward Closing Costs! I LOVE A GOOD NEGOTIATION!
