Since the 1950's, creating a sense of family has been an important part of the Byck Management tradition. The company itself was born from family, starting with founder, Sylvan Byck Jr., known affectionately for his role in leading efforts to revitalize what was then a dilapidated Savannah waterfront that city planners wanted to turn into a parking lot. River Street has since become a flourishing

part of the city under his touch. All of our properties are professionally landscaped and well maintained, and our residential communities are in excellent locations and are family oriented neighborhoods. The entire staff of Byck Management Company works hard to uphold the high standards set by Mr. for all of his properties, and we take a personal interest in all of their residents and tenants. Our retail spaces include Historic River Street with Office space as well as Restaurant and Shopping space. The South Point Building has Commercial office, Restaurant and Retail space which is located close to Oglethorpe Mall. The Garden City shopping center is near Highway 21 which is a high traffic area that will get your business noticed. Our properties located at the corner of Bull and Perry Street features Restaurant and Retail space located on one of the busiest corners in downtown Savannah! We also own and manage two shopping center in Pooler - Pooler Commons and Westside Station!
