Another closing in the books, and this one was a long time coming! 🏡✨

Earlier this week, my seller officially closed on her former home, and I couldn’t be happier for her.

When I helped her buy her new home, the one she absolutely fell in love with (and yes, I’m still waiting on those summer pool parties 😎🏊‍♀️) we immediately listed her old property. We knew going in that the market would make this a challenge. Showing after showing… offers that just weren’t strong enough… and a whole lot of patience.

🏡 Closing Day for Corey! 🏡

Today is another great day for a closing, and this one is special to me. It’s a reminder of why I show up the way I do for every single client.

Corey was referred to me by an Illinois agent, Brian, who isn’t licensed in Indiana. He went through the LeadingRE website looking for the right agent for his best friend… and out of every McColly agent listed, he said I stood out the most.
