…and the children? Absolute SAVAGES. 🐣💨

I blinked and it was over. No mercy. No hesitation. Just tiny humans moving at lightning speed securing their chocolate like it’s a full-time job.

Shoutout to our annual neighborhood tribe Easter egg hunt for reminding me that kids will, in fact, outwork you when candy is involved. 😂🍬

Okay… we’re officially adding voice texting to the list of things Brittney can’t do.

Let’s set the stage shall we:

I’m on my way to pick up my daughter from school and decide to surprise her by bringing June (because let’s be honest… the pup will never say no to a car ride).

One of my lender partners texts me and my car starts reading it out loud — yay technology 🙌🏼

My daughter jumps in the car, June is absolutely losing her mind with excitement, tail going crazy. My car asks if I’d like to respond and I confidently say “yes.”

…only to immediately get distracted.

Then my car sweetly reads back my message to confirm:

“Who’s got a big b***y? Let me see that big b***y!”

ABSOLUTELY NOT.
CANCEL.
PANIC.

As I’m laughing (and mildly sweating), I realize I never actually responded to said lender. Don’t worry — it wasn’t client related because I always respond promptly and professionally.

But honestly… this tracks for me.

This is also the same person who:
• Sent “proof of friends” instead of “proof of funds.”
• Accidentally left a voicemail on a client’s phone of me meowing back and forth with my daughter.
• Thought I hung up with another agent… only to immediately start belting out “Don’t you worry ‘bout a thaaang!”

At this point, it’s not a glitch. It’s a personality trait. 😂
