The summer crowds start to slow down, the water is crystal clear, and the sunsets are unmatched. This is exactly why people fall in love with the Emerald Coast and decide to make it home.

Helping clients find their dream home is always special, but this one was extra close to my heart. ❤️

I had the privilege of helping my niece and her husband find their own little piece of paradise. Walking alongside them through this journey, made this experience one I’ll always treasure.

This is the second time I’ve had the opportunity to help family through the home-buying process, and it means more than I can put into words. Being trusted with such an important milestone is truly an honor.

Margaritaville Resort is an 83 acre development located in the ICW at The Wharf in Orange Beach. The development features 149 condominiums with a 6 acre Amenity Deck featuring resort style pools, swim up bars, lazy river, water slides and much more. The resort will have 43 transient boat slips, 9 restaurants and bars. Due to open in Nov 2027.

After several months of searching for the
ideal second home, we believed we had found the perfect fit. But real estate often reminds us that when one opportunity closes, a better one may be waiting.
