Our next First-Time Homebuyer Class is happening tomorrow, and we'll be covering the Real Estate portion of the homebuying process.

If you attended our last class, this is the final session needed to complete your education requirement and receive your Homebuyer Education Certificate.

Whether you're planning to buy this year or simply preparing for the future, this class will help you better understand the homebuying process, what to expect from your real estate professional, and how to move forward with confidence.

Looking for a place to watch? Several free community watch parties will be available, including locations at Pier 62 and throughout the Seattle Center.

As always, please plan ahead and stay safe. Traffic and parking downtown may be heavier than usual, so consider public transportation, rideshare options, or arriving early if you're attending any events.

Join us tomorrow for our Buy the Block Homebuyer Class, where we'll be focusing on one of the most important parts of the homebuying process: lending and financing.

We'll cover mortgage options, down payment assistance programs, what lenders look for when qualifying buyers, and steps you can take today to prepare for homeownership. Whether you're planning to purchase soon or simply gathering information, this class is designed to help you move forward with confidence.

The evening will be a time to connect, celebrate community, enjoy refreshments, and recognize the incredible journey that has brought us to this milestone. We'll also be celebrating a very special occasion, Anzhane's 30th Birthday!
