TWO YEARS IN THE MAKING… and today we FINALLY CLOSED! 🏡🔑😭❤️

When I say this one was a journey… I mean a JOURNEY. 😂 There were contracts that didn’t work out, houses that weren’t the one, plenty of unexpected bumps along the way, and a whole lot of patience and persistence.

But TODAY… we officially closed one chapter and started an even better one! 🙌🏼

We got their old house SOLD, got them moved across town, and into a home that is an amazing upgrade for their family… so much more space, a beautiful backyard, AND a pool! ☀️💦🏡

After two years of working toward this, I cannot even explain how happy I am for them. There were so many moments when things didn’t go according to plan, but they kept going and trusted me to keep going right along with them.

And when I say I was going to get them to that closing table one way or another… I meant it. 😂❤️

Thank you for trusting me through every showing, every offer, every contract, every change of plans, every bump in the road and everything in between. Getting to watch you walk into your new home today made it ALL worth it.

Sometimes the road to HOME isn’t a straight one… but this is exactly why we keep going.

One day I randomly decided to get my real estate license and just see what happened… and now my picture is sitting next to some of the best in the business. Like WHAT?! 🥹

I took a chance on myself and somehow ended up with a career I genuinely LOVE… getting to help people through some of the biggest moments of their lives.

I’m really proud of this one. 🥹🤍

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in real estate, it’s that it’s hardly ever quick and patience really is a virtue. Just ask the Lyon family. 😂❤️

These sweet buyers from Mississippi are officially the proud owners of their very own condo on Dauphin Island, and this one has been almost two years in the making.

We took our time. We looked at A LOT of properties. I videoed more properties than I can probably count 😂 We submitted a few offers along the way, walked away when it wasn’t the right one, and through all of it, they stayed patient and trusted the process.

And today, it all paid off. ❤️

They now have a place that can generate passive income while also giving their family a place to escape to the island, spend quality time together, and make memories for years to come. 🏝️

Days like today remind me just how much I love my job. There’s a gratification that comes from finally sitting at that closing table after a journey like this and knowing you helped someone get to this moment that really can’t be replicated.

I couldn’t be happier for the Lyon family. Welcome to Dauphin Island, y’all!! 🌊🏝️🔑
